FAQS

Here are answers to some common questions.
  • Are estimates free?

Yes, we offer estimates free of charge. Most times, we are able to see a customer the same day a request for an estimate is made.

  • How much will my tree service cost?

Each tree is different, that’s why we like to physically look at each job. A few of the factors we base our pricing on is accessibility (can our trucks reach the tree), the size of the tree, the level of difficulty (for example are there power lines involved) and the amount of debris removal.

  • Do I need to be there when the estimate is given?

No, not necessarily but we prefer to meet our customers personally. If you are unable to meet with us, we can always call you while on the property to discuss work description and price.

  • My tree is not accessible by a bucket truck. Can you still trim it?

Yes, we have experienced climbers who are able to perform many jobs that are unreachable with equipment.

  • Is Community Tree & Landscape Service insured?

Yes, Community is fully insured for property, liability & worker’s compensation and we have all

    the necessary local licenses.

  • How and when do I pay?

We ask that payment be made at the time the service is completed. We accept cash or checks.

  • How do you get rid of a stump?

Our primary method of stump removal is stump grinding with a mechanical stump grinder.

Stumps can also be dug out of the ground if necessary.

  • What should I do to prepare for Hurricane Season?

A tree’s condition before a storm will determine how safe that tree is during a storm. One of our Certified Arborists can assess the warning signs of potential tree problems and recommend ways to maintain healthy trees through the storm season and minimize the potential damage to both people and property.
